Memorial Day Event @ 9am – Flag Folding Ceremony at Valley Presbyterian Church
Our American Legion Post 131 and Valley Presbyterian Church are hosting a 9 am flag folding ceremony and a guest presentation by Chris Arundel about his time at a Japanese prisoner of war camp during WWII. The ceremony is at the church, 2800 S. Camino Del Sol, Green Valley. Event starts at 9am.
Come out and Welcome back our 70 Veterans on Honor Flight #32 which returns to Tucson Airport between 5-5:30 pm on April 25th.

“The Finest Hours” Movie – 4/15 @ 1300 hours
The Desert Coasties will be screening the movie “The Finest Hours” on April 15th at 1300 hours. This is the story of the 1952 rescue by the Coast Guard of the survivors of the SS Pendleton off Chatham MA.
