Memorial Day Event @ 9am – Flag Folding Ceremony at Valley Presbyterian Church
Our American Legion Post 131 and Valley Presbyterian Church are hosting a 9 am flag folding ceremony and a guest presentation by Chris Arundel about his time at a Japanese prisoner of war camp during WWII. The ceremony is at the church, 2800 S. Camino Del Sol, Green Valley. Event starts at 9am.
POST CLOSED – 5/18 & 5/19 – due to parking lot sealcoat & striping
The Post will be CLOSED on May18th and 19th. The parking lot is having a sealcoat applied on Thursday the 18th and will be re-striped on Friday the 19th. The Queen of Hearts game on Thursday and Taco Nite on Friday are cancelled. The Post will resume operations on Saturday, May 20th.
