Wreaths Across America – $17.00 for each Wreath, Buy 2 and get 1 FREE!!
Donation by check are to made out to Wreaths Across America and dropped off at the American Legion Post 131 in the Green Valley Village. If you would like to volunteer to help lay the wreaths, there are sign-up sheets on the bulletin board in the Post’s Lounge.
Military Baby Shower Donations – Deadline 3/31
Auxiliary Special Project for MarchWe are collecting for the Military Baby shower, which will be held for 30 mothers from the 162nd Wing in Tucson in mid-May. Jim McGraw Building Fund Donation
Had the honor to welcome Jim McGraw, B-24 tail gunner and WWII member of Post 131 into the Post on Friday evening, March 19th for a fish taco and a couple of beers. Great visiting with this hero from the Greatest Generation. He also brought with him a $5,000 donation to the building fund.
