BARTENDERS ON DUTY AND POST DUTY OFFICERS HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO:
- Ensure compliance to lounge rules
- Request proof of membership
- Refuse service to any patron
- Request any patron to leave the premises for the remainder of the day
ADMITTANCE TO THE LOUNGE IS LIMITED TO:
- Members of the American Legion
- Members of the American Legion Auxiliary
- Members of Sons of the American Legion
- Members of other groups approved by the American Legion National Organization
- Certified personal service animals with a certificate of a service the animal provides.
- Comfort animals are NOT allowed.
- GUESTS:
- Must be signed in by a member
- Must be known by the member signing them in
- Members must be present while their guest is on post property
- Members are responsible for the conduct and/or damage caused by their guests
- MINORS (persons under the age of 21):
- Only under the direct supervision of an adult parent, spouse, or legal guardian and may not sit at the bar
LOUNGE CONDUCT THAT MAY RESULT IN DISCIPLINARY ACTION BY THE POST EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE:
- Conduct unbecoming a member of the American Legion
- Leaving post property with alcoholic beverages from the bar or dining area
- Bringing alcoholic beverages onto post property
- No use of THC in any form is allowed on the premises
- Bringing a weapon onto post property
- Smoking
- Illegal gambling
- Profane or abusive language
- Rowdy behavior or fighting
- Destruction of post property
- Theft of post property
- Going behind the bar without authorization
