QUEEN OF HEARTS
The Queen of Hearts is played every Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Tickets are sold from 4:00 to 5:45 PM, with the drawing at 6:00 PM sharp. Tickets can be purchased three for $5.00, with a maximum of $300.00 worth of tickets per transaction. Open to all current American Legion, Auxiliary and Sons of the Legion members.

A new game starts on Thursday April 23rd, 2026. We will be selling tickets prior to the game from 2:00 – 4:00 PM on Thursdays and the winner need not be present to win. The ticket purchaser will put their name, phone number and envelope number on the back of the ticket. Then on Thursday those tickets will go into the drum. If drawn, they will receive face value for that card, i.e., 2 through 10 – $25.00; Face Card or Ace – $50.00; Joker – $100.00, and if the Queen of Hearts is drawn the winner get 50% of the pot total. (Rounded down to a whole dollar). When the pot exceeds $20,000 and the Queen of Hearts is drawn the winner gets the pot total whether present or not. Either way, when the Queen of Hearts is drawn, the game ends and we start over with the remaining pot amount or $3,000.00 – whichever is greater.
Note: There will be a second drawing for a $15 food voucher, redeemable at Monday Burger Night and Wednesday Taco Night, Fish Fry Friday, or Cafe Legion Tuesday – Friday lunch, during season when open.
The voucher is a one-time use up to $15 and will be valid for one month from date of issue.
Remember, you must be a Legion Family member (Legion, Son’s or Auxiliary) and have your current I.D. card to play Queen of Hearts.
